To enable us to help you find the property to best suit you may:
Search our properties
Once we have your requirements our lettings negotiators can match you to some specific properties that may suit you. At your request we will then contact you by phone, email or SMS text message to inform you of the available properties, at which point you may wish to arrange a viewing.
Alternatively use our "Find Your Next Home" property search to the left of this page to browse our available properties.
Arrange a viewing
On finding a property, viewings can be arranged by calling our office between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 3pm on Saturdays. We can arrange out of hours viewings up to 7pm on request.
Simply call our office or request an appointment online, if you request online please allow us 24 hrs to arrange the viewing and call you back to confirm the appointment with you.
Make an application
To make an application you will need to complete our application form which you will be given at the viewing. An application form must be completed by each adult that intends to move into the property. At this point you may reserve the property by paying the application fee, and holding deposit. We will then process each application which involves processing an Equifax credit check and writing for references. On receipt of satisfactory checks a move in date can then be established.
Please ring us on 01942 723333 or email on info@kelrick.co.uk to request an application form.
The tenancy agreement
Once a move in date has been set the tenancy agreement will be drawn up, this will be a 6 month contract, which you will be asked to read and sign prior to you moving in. An appointment for you to call into the office will be made once your application is successful.
Rent and deposit
All tenancy agreements are paid on a monthly basis. The first months rent along with the deposit (which will be held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme until the end of the tenancy) will be required before the tenancy is signed and keys handed over. All monies must be cleared funds before the keys are handed over. The deposit will be reimbursed at the end of the tenancy subject to a satisfactory check out report.
Moving in
If the property is managed by Kelrick Properties we will compile an inventory and take meter readings at the property before you move in. You will receive a copy of the inventory and you will have seven days to agree its content. We will contact the utility suppliers to inform them of your new occupancy.
If the property is unmanaged we will arrange for the landlord to greet you at the property, at which point he/she will take over the check in procedure.
